The Teaching-Learning process adopts different methods such as experiential learning, participative learning and problem-solving methodologies utilizing ICT facilities, LMS and e-resources. All the academic activities are carried out strictly following the academic calendar given by Manipur University modified by the Academic Committee of the College

The Career Counselling Cell is in place for counselling and to monitor academic and personal issues of students. Necessary efforts are being made in identifying the learning levels (slow and advance) of the students through various assessments including Continuous Internal Evaluation.

Department encourages academic Group discussions between faculties and students.

Modern teaching aids like Computer system, Projectors are available. The departments are also equipped with Computer, wifi and printers.

The college has introduced Moodle Learning Management System for online classes. Study material are shared through both Moodle LMS as well as WhatsApp groups.

Faculty members use department library, digital library and other Open Source platforms to enhance their teaching skills.

The faculty members are encouraged to participate in Faculty development programs, workshops, Seminar, Refresher Courses on advanced topics to keep pace with the advanced level of knowledge and skills.
